Novio is a digital financial services app that enables users to apply for a secured credit card in partnership with SBM Bank and Credilio. The entire process — from registration to card issuance — is fully online, including FD selection and video KYC.

Step-by-step process

• Download and install the Novio app from Avasar.
• Complete the registration.
• Go to the DCB Credilio Credit Card section.
• Enter your email ID and select the FD amount.
• Verify your mobile number, email, PAN and Aadhaar using OTP.
• Fill in the application form and confirm your details.
• Make an FD of ₹5,000 or more.
• Complete Video KYC.
• After successful verification, your FD credit card will be issued.
• Eligible users will receive the ₹920 reward within 7–10 days after completing all required conditions and successful validation.

• One application per mobile number and device
• PAN and Aadhaar verification is mandatory
• Fixed Deposit payment must be completed
• Video KYC must be successfully verified
• Duplicate or suspicious applications will be rejected
• Valid only for Indian residents
• FD Above ₹5,000 → ₹920
• Only successfully issued cards are considered valid
• The task and entire process must be completed in one single attempt.
• Do not go back or close the app during the process and Do not switch to another page or offer.
• If the Gmail ID looks auto-generated, random, code-based, or does not match the user’s real name (e.g., numbers/IDs like PG1293240, random letters), the payment will not be eligible.
